摘要
文章将一切“行为不便”的人作为“无障碍环境”的研究主体,从设施建设的社会环境、设施的系统规划、后期管理、城乡差距、信息交流5个方面总结我国无障碍环境建设存在的问题,并提出相应对策。
The chapter takes all the people with"inconvenient behavior"as the research subject of"barrier-free environment",summarizes the problems existing in the construction of barrier-free environment in China from five aspects:the social environment of facility construction,the system planning of the facility,the late management,the gap between urban and rural areas,and the information exchange,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
