摘要
目的研究中医特色护理在上肢骨折患者护理中的临床应用效果。方法应用前瞻性对比分析法,选取吉安市中心人民医院2018年1月—2020年1月以来收治的120例上肢骨折患者为研究对象,按照护理后相关辅助性护理路径的不同,等分为对照组和研究组,分别施以一般护理方法和中医特色护理方法,比较2组患者护理疗效及其预后康复效果变化。结果研究组护理总有效率96.67%(58/60)优于对照组81.67%(49/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组骨折关节活动状况、视觉疼痛模拟量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)疼痛指数、骨折部位肿胀指数优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组肿胀消退时间、疼痛消失时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医特色护理在上肢骨折患者中的作用显著,具有较高的临床护理疗效,提升了患者预后康复效果,值得在临床护理中着力应用实施。
Objective To study the clinical application effect of characteristic nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in the nursing of upper limb fracture patients.Methods Using prospective comparative analysis,120 patients with upper limb fractures admitted in Ji’an Central People’s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as experimental samples.According to the different auxiliary nursing paths after nursing,they were equally divided into control group and the study group was applied with general nursing methods and traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing methods,respectively.The nursing efficacy and the prognostic and rehabilitation effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%(58/60)better than that of the control group 81.67%(49/60),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fracture joint activity,visual analogue scale(VAS)pain index and fracture site swelling index in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The swelling subside time,pain disappear time and hospital stay time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine special care for patients with upper limb fractures is significant,with high clinical nursing efficacy,and improving the prognosis and rehabilitation of patients.It is worthy of application and implementation in clinical nursing practice.
