摘要
中医骨伤科学是中医学的二级学科,属于中医药文化的组成部分。目前,国家已将新冠肺炎疫情的防控纳入了常态化机制。新常态下,中医骨伤发展的使命却并未改变,在治疗疾病中需要做地更快、更好、出血更少、性价比更高,同时兼顾疫情防控的需要,提高对临床潜在传染病风险的防范。在疫情防控中,作者看到了中医骨伤在教育培养、临床应用方面存在的问题,如何化“危”为“机”成为我们主要思考的问题。重视教育、鼓励创新、医保控费仍将是未来中医骨伤的发展方向。
Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)orthopedics is a secondary discipline of TCM,which is an integral part of TCM culture.People’s Central Government has put the epidemic prevention and control work into the normalization mechanism.The development mission of TCM orthopedics has not changed,including the faster and better treatment,less bleeding and more cost effectiveness.In practice,we should improve the understanding of the potential risk of clinical infection of the virus.At the same time,through the epidemic situation,we have also seen the value and problems of TCM orthopedics in teaching,clinical application.How to turn“danger”into“opportunity”has become our main consideration.Medical education,innovation and medical insurance control will still be the development direction in near future.
