Design of Section Drainage Pump House in Urban Rail Transit

摘要 针对目前地铁区间排水泵房的常规合建式泵房以及新型内置式泵房两种设计方案,结合徐州和宁波两地的工程实例进行探讨。综合分析了潜污泵的水力计算、泵房方案的设计思路、集水坑的设计尺寸等,并对比了两种方案在土建施工风险、结构稳定性、相关设计专业影响、工程投资以及后期运营维护等方面的优缺点,工程中需结合具体实际情况选取不同方案。新型内置式泵房为城市轨道交通区间排水泵房做出了更为灵活的设计,但还需要不断总结和完善设计技术。建议若非遇到区间隧道地质条件差、富含水、设置联络通道的施工风险性极大的特殊地段,应尽量避免选择新型泵房的设计方案。 At present,there are two design schemes for section drainage pump house in metro area:the conventional co-built pump house and the new built-in pump house,and their applications in Xuzhou and Ningbo were discussed in combination with engineering cases.Hydraulic calculation of the submersible sewage pump,design idea of the pump house scheme and design size of the sump were comprehensively analyzed,and advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes,such as civil construction risk,structural stability,related design professional influence,project investment and later operation and maintenance were compared.Different schemes should be selected according to the actual situation.The new built-in pump house provided a more flexible design for the drainage pump house in urban rail transit section.However,it still needs to summarize and improve the design technology.It was suggested that the design scheme of a new pump house should be avoided as far as possible unless a special section with poor geological condition,rich water and great construction risk of setting up a contact passage was encountered.
