摘要
设计了一套用于发动机燃烧实验的自动控制系统。通过对压力、流量的测控,实现了精确调节发动机燃料配比。系统还包括发动机燃烧参数分析处理、人机交互界面等。分析了西门子S7-1500 PLC中集成的PID;ompact模块的参数与系统性能的关系,研究了PID;ompact在燃烧实验系统自动控制的应用,通过对PID参数调节等,能够达到实验预期要求。
This paper designs a set of automatic control system for engine combustion experiment.Through the measurement and control on the pressure and flow,precise adjustment of engine fuel ratio is achieved.The system also includes engine combustion parameter analysis and processing,human-computer interaction interface and so on.This paper analyzes the relationship between the parameters of the PID;ompact module integrated in the Siemens S7-1500 PLC and the system performance,and studies the application of PID;ompact in the automatic control of the combustion experiment system.Through the adjustment of PID parameters,it can meet the expected requirements of the experiment.
