摘要
采用超音速火焰(HVAF)内孔喷枪在304不锈钢基体上制备了WC-10Co4Cr金属陶瓷涂层,结果表明:WC-10Co4Cr涂层表面粗糙度为R_(a) 1.3μm,在不同攻角下,WC-10Co4Cr涂层的耐冲蚀性能均优于304不锈钢,在3.5%(质量分数)NaCl溶液中涂层具有较低的腐蚀电流密度,能有效减弱了矿浆冲蚀过程中的机械冲刷作用和电化学腐蚀作用。
The WC-10 Co4 Cr cermet coating was prepared on the 304 stainless steel substrate with a supersonic flame(HVAF)inner hole spray gun.The results showed that the surface roughness of the WC-10 Co4 Cr coating was R_(a) 1.3μm.Under different angles of attack,the erosion resistance of WC-10 Co4 Cr coating was better than that of 304 stainless steel,and the coating had a lower corrosion current density in 3.5 wt%NaCl solution,which could effectively weaken the mechanical erosion and electrochemical corrosion in the slurry erosion process.
