摘要
钴基高温合金通过加入1.05%(质量分数)左右的碳元素,形成大量富含Cr、Co、W的碳化物,并细化晶粒,提高合金的耐磨性能,合金中的碳化物形貌分为两种,一种为大颗粒深色一次碳化物M_(7)C_(3),另一种为浅灰色的小颗粒二次碳化物M_(23)C_(6),通过对该合金进行不同温度的热处理试验观察发现,随着热处理温度的升高,合金中的浅灰色小颗粒二次碳化物逐渐回溶,大颗粒深灰色一次碳化物长大,晶粒开始长大。合金随着热处理温度的提高,硬度逐渐降低,当加热温度达到1160℃时,硬度值快速降低。
Cobalt-based superalloy by adding 1.05%of carbon,forming a large number of rich in Cr,Co,W carbide,refine the grain size and improve the wear resistance of alloy,the alloy carbide morphology is divided into two kinds,a kind of dark a M_(7)C_(3) carbide for large particles,another for light grey secondary carbide M_(23)C_(6) small particles,through the study of the different temperature of heat treatment of mental test observation found that with the increase of heat treatment temperature,alloy in light grey granules of secondary carbides into a dark gray color carbide,grain began to grow up.As the heat treatment temperature increases,the hardness of the alloy decreases gradually,and when the heating temperature reaches 1160℃,the hardness value decreases rapidly.
