小半径曲线梁与移动模架耦合效应分析 被引量:3

摘要 为研究小半径曲线梁移动模架法施工时模架-梁体耦合效应对箱梁变形的影响,结合现场实际监测数据,并采用有限元软件建立模架-箱梁耦合模型,对移动模架施工过程进行动态分析。结果表明:箱梁完全脱模发生在初张底板阶段;在施工过程中,箱梁内外侧应力最大差值为0.1 MPa,约占总应力的0.62%,所产生的弯扭效应可忽略不计;当最大切向粘结力为27.5 kPa时,箱梁挠度变化量最大为3.841 mm,该影响量占变形量的12%,其效应较小,在线形控制时可以忽略不计;随曲率半径增加,耦合效应对箱梁挠度的影响减小,最大影响量约为0.25%,在线形控制时可忽略不计。 In order to study the influence of the coupling effect of formwork and beam body on the deformation of box girder during the construction of small radius curved beam with movable formwork method, the coupling model of formwork and box girder is established by using finite element software according to the field actual monitoring data, and the dynamic analysis of the construction process of movable formwork is carried out. The results show that: the complete demoulding of the box girder occurs in the initial tensioning bottom plate stage;during the construction process, the maximum difference between the internal and external stress of the box girder is 0.1 MPa, accounting for 0.62% of the total stress, and the bending and torsion effect can be ignored;when the maximum tangential bond force is 27.5 kPa, the maximum deflection variation of the box girder is 3.841 mm, which accounts for 12% of the deformation, and its effect is small and can be controlled by line shape;with the increase of the radius of curvature, the influence of coupling effect on the deflection of box girder decreases, and the maximum influence is about 0.25%, it can be ignored in linear shape control.
