摘要
按项目实际情况划分安全等级,并由此建立施工安全管理系统对提高施工安全性具有重要价值。首先,参照与安全相关的企业标准和国家法律法规,并引入一级指标和二级指标建立施工评价体系,根据轨道板施工安全问题,将一级指标分为4项,二级指标分为16项,采用主观赋权法对各指标的成熟度及重要度进行判别,以问卷调查的数据为基础,借助模糊数学理论建立评价模型。然后在此基础上将模型进行扩展应用,利用QT Creator集成开发环境,建立出施工安全评价系统,通过将其应用到长大隧道的CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道的施工当中,验证了评价系统实用性。最后,可由该系统评价结果提出相应的施工安全防控措施。
