摘要
随着大开间结构体系建筑的发展,要加强在层高、自重、抗震等各方面的功能结构要求,现浇混凝土空心楼盖作为一种新型楼盖体系,其优良的施工工艺在高层建筑中得以广泛应用。本文对某项目工程施工中大跨度预应力空心楼盖体系应用进行深入研究,从预应力空心楼盖结构施工角度出发,对相关施工工艺技术要点进行分析,详细阐述预应力空心楼盖技术的应用,有效地提高建筑楼层的净高度、加强建筑结构的抗震性能和承载能力,使大型建筑空间结构利用最大化。
With the development of large bay structure system building, it is necessary to strengthen the functional structure requirements in floor height, self weight, earthquake resistance and other aspects. As a new floor system, cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor has been widely used in high-rise buildings due to its excellent construction technology. In this paper, the application of long-span prestressed hollow floor system in the construction of a project is deeply studied. From the perspective of prestressed hollow floor structure construction, the key points of relevant construction technology are analyzed, and the application of prestressed hollow floor technology is described in detail, which can effectively improve the net height of building floors and strengthen the seismic performance and bearing capacity of building structures, and maximize the utilization of large building space structure.
