摘要
为了消除煤矿人员的不安全行为,进一步减少甚至避免煤矿事故发生,基于轨迹交叉论、杜邦STOP系统及行为安全相关理论,构建了煤矿人员行为观察模型,从计划、执行、检查、改进四个方面深入诠释模型的内涵,从观察对象、观察内容、观察方式、分析方式、管理方式五个方面解释模型的特点;将模型运用于某煤矿企业,通过对煤矿职工开展10个周期的行为观察与行为纠正,发现员工的不安全行为数量明显减少,安全行为习惯基本养成,说明煤矿人员行为观察模型具有一定的实效性。
In order to eliminate the unsafe behavior of coal mine personnel and further reduce or even avoid the occurrence of coal mine accidents,an observation model of coal mine personnel behavior is constructed based on the theory of locus crossing,dupont STOP system and the related theory of behavior safety,the connotation of the model is explained from four aspects:planning,execution,inspection and improvement.The characteristics of the model are explained from five aspects:observation object,observation content,observation mode,analysis mode and management mode applying the model to a coal mine enterprise,through observing and correcting the behaviors of the coal mine workers for 10 cycles,it was found that the number of unsafe behaviors of the workers was obviously reduced,and the habits of safe behaviors were basically formed,it shows that the observation model of personnel behavior in coal mine has certain actual effect.
