摘要
目的:总结38例重型再生障碍性贫血患者行造血干细胞移植的护理要点。方法:回顾分析在某医院行非血缘脐血造血干细胞移植的重型再生障碍性贫血患者,预处理期间的用药及护理、脐血回输护理、脐血回输后并发症的观察及护理,同时给予有效的心理护理及出院指导。结果:38例患者在移植仓内出现的各种并发症得到有效的控制,脐血植入成功,患者均顺利出仓。结论:规范化护理及全面的护理干预为脐血移植的成功提供了保障,同时也提高了患者的生存质量。
Objective:To summarize the nursing points of 38 patients with severe aplastic anemia undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Methods:the patients with severe aplastic anemia who underwent nonblood umbilica unrelated cord blood hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in our center were retrospectively analyzed in terms of medication and nursing during pre-treatment,nursing of umbilical cord blood transfusion,observation and nursing of complications after umbilical cord blood transfusion,as well as effective psychological nursing and discharge guidance.Results:The complications of 38 patients in the laminar flow wards transplant bin were effectively controlled,the umbilical cord blood was engraftmented successfully implanted,and all patients were successfully discharged from the wardsbin.Conclusion:Standardized nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention can guarantee the success of umbilical cord blood transplantation and improve the quality of life of patients.
