摘要 贵州是中国最早种植和食用辣椒的地区之一,至今已有近400年历史。作为全国优质辣椒的主产区,贵州优良的生态环境孕育了香辣协调、品味温醇、品质优良的辣椒。2017年以来,贵州省委、省政府采取超常规举措,创新实施省领导领衔推进制度,高位推进12大特色农业产业,纵深推进农村产业革命,辣椒是12大特色产业之一。遵义辣椒种植面积分别约占全球、全国、全省的3%、8%和45%,2021年已超过14.33万hm^(2),年产鲜椒约270万t、产值92.76亿元,居全国七大辣椒主产区的首位,“小辣椒”成为贵州省“十三五”期间脱贫攻坚的“大产业”。依据党中央在十九大报告中提出的“乡村振兴战略”精神,为推动遵义市辣椒产业高质量发展,应结合乡村振兴战略,针对目前遵义市辣椒产业的发展现状、发展机遇进行剖析,查找发展中存在的突出问题,并提出发展路径,推动遵义辣椒产业规模化、集群化、高端化、国际化发展,为辣椒大省向辣椒强省迈进提供理论支撑。 Guizhou Province is one of the earliest regions to grow and consume pepper in China with a history of nearly 400 years.Due to the excellent ecological environment,Guizhou Province is one of the main producing areas of high-quality pepper in China.The peppers produced in Guizhou Province have good quality,harmonious aroma and taste.Since 2017,Guizhou Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government have taken extraordinary measures to innovatively implement the provincial leader-led promotion system to promote the 12 local signature agricultural industries.Pepper is one of the 12 local signature industries.The pepper planting area in Zunyi reached up to 0.1433 million hectares in 2021,accounting for 3%,8% and 45% of the global,national and provincial planting area,respectively.The annual output of fresh pepper in Zunyi reached up to 2.7 million tons with the output value of 9.276 billion yuan,ranking the first among the seven major pepper producing areas in China.‘Small pepper’has become a‘big industry’for poverty alleviation in Guizhou province during the 13^(th) Five-Year Plan period.According to the spirit of rural revitalization strategy in Report of the 19^(th) National Congress,to promote the high-quality development of pepper industry in Zunyi,this study investigated the current station of pepper industry in Zunyi City,analyzed the development opportunities,found the existing problems in the development,and finally proposed the development paths to promote the development of large-scale,clustering,high-level and internationalization,with the aim of providing theoretical support for upgrading the big pepper province to a strong pepper province.
