摘要
目的:研究温针灸循经取穴治疗颞下颌关节紊乱综合征的临床效果。方法:选取本院2019年2月-2020年2月收治的颞下颌关节紊乱综合征患者70例,将其按随机抽样法分成对照组(35例,实施常规物理治疗方式)和观察组(35例,在对照组基础上实施温针灸循经取穴治疗方式),比较两组治疗前后的VAS评分、颞下颌关节功能评分、总有效率与生活质量。结果:两组治疗前VAS评分、下颌运动(MM)、关节压诊(JP)、关节杂音(JN)与功能障碍指数(DI)值比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),与对照组相比,观察组治疗后的VAS评分更低(P<0.05),MM、JP、JN与DI值更低(P<0.05),总有效率更高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能与物质生活功能评分均更高(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸循经取穴治疗对于减轻疼痛程度,改善患者颞下颌关节功能等有重要意义。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of warm acupuncture and acupoint selection along meridians in the treatment of temporomandibular joint disorder syndrome.Method:A total of 70 patients with temporomandibular joint disorder syndrome in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and divided into control group (35 cases were treated with conventional physical therapy) and observation group (35 cases were treated with warm acupuncture and acupoint selection along meridians).The VAS score,temporomandibular joint function score before and after treatment,total effective rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in VAS score,the values of mandibular motion (MM),joint pressure examination (JP),joint murmurs (JN) and dysfunction index (DI) between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).Compared with the control group,VAS score after treatment in the observation group was lower (P<0.05).MM,JP,JN and DI values were lower (P<0.05),and the total effective rate was higher (P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of physical function,social function,psychological function and material life function in the observation group were higher (P<0.05).Conclusion:Warm acupuncture and acupoint selection along meridians is of great significance in relieving pain and improving temporomandibular joint function.
