摘要
文章在对宁波市姚江新区综合管廊工程进行分析后,发现由于城市施工环境的复杂,管廊施工存在施工过程管理困难、施工技术要求较高、工程材料管理困难等问题,工程的按时建设会受到一定影响。因此,施工方应加强与当地政府的沟通,科学、合理、全面规划施工方案,构建完善建筑材料管理制度,在施工过程中应组建技术攻克小组解决施工难题,严格遵守施工工艺的技术规范,从而提高工程的施工质量,保障管廊工程能够顺利完工。
Based on the analysis of the comprehensive pipe corridor project in Yaojiang New Area of Ningbo City,this paper finds that due to the complexity of urban construction environment,there are some problems in pipe corridor construction,such as difficulties in construction process management,high technical requirements for construction,difficult engineering material management,and so on.Thus,the timely construction of the project will be affected to a certain extent.Therefore,the construction side should strengthen the communication with the local government,plan the construction plan scientifically,reasonably and comprehensively,construct and perfect the management system of building materials,set up a technical team to solve the construction problems in the process of construction,and strictly abide by the technical specifications of the construction technology,so as to improve the construction quality of the project and ensure the successful completion of the pipe corridor project.
