摘要
热带农业是我国热区重要的支柱产业,热带农产品是我国重要的战略资源和日常消费品。我国是热带农产品的生产大国,近几年来,产业发展迅速,新品种、新技术不断引进和推广,产品品质、品牌效用不断提升。同时,我国也是热带农产品的消费大国,每年仍需大量进口。本研究通过对国际市场占有率、贸易竞争指数、显示性比较优势指数、价格竞争力指数模型进行比较分析发现,我国热带农产品的国际贸易量处于国际竞争力弱势,但在产业高质量发展、产业附加值提升上具有国际优势。经分析,虽然不同热带农产品的竞争力影响因素各有特点,但也存在产业通病,如组织化程度低、生产成本高、产品质量有待提升、产业配套建设不完善、国际销售渠道不畅等问题。应从产业优化升级、国际市场拓展、产业组织化提升三方面进行重点突破,从而系统性地提高我国主要热带作物国际竞争力。
Tropical agriculture is an important pillar industry in China's tropical areas,and tropical agricultural products are important strategic resources and daily consumer goods in China.China is a large producer of tropical agricultural products.In recent years the tropical agricultural industries have developed rapidly,new varieties and new technologies have been introduced and promoted,and the product quality and brand utility have been continuously improved.At the same time,China is also a large consumer of tropical agricultural products,and still needs to import a plenty of tropical agricultural products every year.International market share,trade competition index,revealed comparative advantage index and price competitiveness index were used for comparative analysis of the international competitiveness of the tropical agricultural products in China.The results showed that China has a low international trade volume of tropical agricultural products in international competitiveness,but has international advantages in highquality industrial development and industrial added value improvement.Although the factors affecting the competitiveness of different tropical agricultural products have their own characteristics,there are also some common industrial problems,such as low degree of organization,high production cost,product quality to be improved,imperfect industrial supporting construction,poor international marketing channels and so on.Key breakthroughs should be made in three aspects:industrial optimization and upgrading,international market expansion and industrial organization so as to systematically improve the international competitiveness of China's main tropical crops.
