摘要
庚子鼠年,社区团购迎来重要发展机遇,也因受资本驱动而遭到质疑。为深入分析社区团购的发展模式和策略,运用观察法和定性分析方法研究社区团购背后的实质,从恶性价格竞争难以持续和垄断触碰监管两个角度深入剖析。研究结果显示,社区团购从价格战转向垄断存在战略路线上的失误,造成价格战迫使线下商贩退出、市场垄断地位侵害消费者利益、垄断地位侵害供应商利益的市场后果,必然受到监管部门的喝止。社区团购的优化发展,最关键的还是社区团购平台、政府和资本方三者需要各尽其能、同心合力。
Although the industry of community group purchasing had taken great strides in 2020,it was being questioned due to the capital driven.In order to research the current strategy of community group purchasing,using the observation method and qualitative analysis approach,the paper will explore its essence from the perspective of price war causing dog-eat-dog and monopoly violating regulations;results show that community group purchasing makes a strategic error.Based on these,we are going to put forward proposals about how to optimize the development model of community group purchasing.It is beneficial and crucial to ensure the community group purchasing enterprise,government and capitalist do their best and work together.
