摘要
本文旨在满足地面无人装备靶场比测试验典型科目多参数融合测试的需求,提出小型化、嵌入式数据采集的网络化设计思路。进行了无人装备试验多传感器融合测试方法研究,移动式无线宽带专网构建技术研究、可视化数据管理技术研究等,构建了多参数网络化测试系统,完成了无人装备比测试验过程中振动、噪声、温度以及速度、里程、行驶轨迹等数据的采集工作,可为开展地面无人装备试验测试技术研究,以及制定地面无人装备基本性能测试与试验规程提供参考。
In order to meet the demand of multi-parameter fusion test of typical subjects in comparison test of ground unmanned equipment shooting range,this paper put forward a network design idea of miniaturization and embedded data acquisition.Research on multi-sensor fusion test method for unmanned equipment test,research on miniaturization and embedded data acquisition technology,research on mobile wireless broadband private network construction technology,and research on visual data management technology were carried out,and a multi-parameter networked test system was built.The data collection of vibration,noise,temperature,speed,mileage and driving track during the comparison test of unmanned equipment was completed,which lays a foundation for the research on the test technology of ground unmanned equipment and the development of the basic performance test and test procedures of ground unmanned equipment.
