摘要
针对某300 MW超临界机组跳闸事件,进行了原因分析,确定是由于电泵勺管电动执行机构卡涩,就地手动调节引起电泵再循环门联锁关、开动作,造成汽包水位下降至动作值,导致锅炉MFT动作,机组跳闸,并制定了相应的防范措施。
The cause of tripping event of a 300 MW supercritical unit is analyzed.Due to the jamming of the electric actuator of the scoop pipe of the electric pump,the local manual adjustment caused the interlocking closing and opening of the recirculation valve of the electric pump,which decrease the drum water level to the action value,resulting in the action of the boiler MFT and the tripping of the unit.Corresponding preventive and improvement measures are formulated.
