摘要
在经济学视角下,以产业经济学、资源经济学、经济地理学和生态经济学等交叉学科分类,梳理黄河流域经济发展及其与生态环境协同研究的主要内容、研究脉络和路径,概述研究观点、现状、结论、经验及建议。基于既有研究基础和问题分析,拓展思路,提出面向未来的黄河流域高质量发展管理要点:以综合管理和协同发展为前提,发挥比较优势,进行差异化管控,推动资源利用方式升级和利用效率提升,在碳达峰和碳中和目标下进行黄河流域生态保护和经济发展规划。
From the perspective of economics, based on the classification of interdisciplinary subjects such as industrial economics, resource economics, economic geography, and ecological economics, this study sorted out the main content, research context, and path of economic development and its synergy with ecological conservation in the Yellow River Basin, summarized the research views, current situation, conclusions, experiences, and suggestions.Finally, based on the existing research basis and problem analysis, this study proposes that the key management points for the future high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin are: comprehensive management and collaborative development as the premise, giving full play to comparative advantages, carrying out differentiated management and control, and promoting the upgrading of resource utilization and efficiency, carrying out ecological protection and economic development planning of the Yellow River Basin under the objectives of carbon peak and carbon neutralization plan of China.
