摘要
本文通过国内外航天基础产品(如材料、元器件、软件等)自主发展现状比对分析,提出以牵引基础产品自主发展为建设目标的"航天科技领域创新体系"。通过研究分析我国基础产品和航天科技自主发展现状及问题,提出基于社会网络理论构建"多层级、多主体、多要素、多目标"。从环境型工具、供给型工具、需求型工具三类工具提出了创新型自主发展模式建设内容,并提出发展路径和四个发展步骤规划设想。
"Space sci-tech field innovation system" construction model aiming at independent development was brought up via comparison and analysis of development status of the space basic products(as materials,components and software) in China and abroad.By analyzing the current situation and problems of the independent development of China’s basic products and space science and technology,this paper proposes to construct the multi-layer and multi-agent characteristics of networked system.From three types of tools such as environment tool,supply tool and demand tool,innovative independent development mode and the construction content,as well as the development path and four development planning steps are provided.
