摘要
随着石墨电极及电池负极材料的快速发展,对针状焦的产量和质量要求越来越高。目前我国针状焦的成套生产技术已基本成熟,但与进口产品相比仍有一定的差距,主要体现在热膨胀系数和粒度分布两个指标,因此需深入开展相关的技术研究,采取措施降低煅后针状焦热膨胀系数和增大针状焦粒度。同时国内针状焦还面临着产能利用率低、产能过剩及高端进口针状焦替代等挑战。
The rapid development of graphite electrodes and battery anode materials has placed higher and higher requirements on the output and quality of needle coke.At present,the complete production technology of needle coke in China is basically mature,but there is a certain gap compared with imported products,which is mainly reflected in the two indicators of thermal expansion coefficient and particle size distribution.Therefore,it is still necessary to carry out in-depth related technical research and take measures to reduce calcining.The thermal expansion coefficient of the rear needle coke and the increase in the particle size of the needle coke.At the same time,domestic needle coke is also facing challenges such as low energy utilization rate,overcapacity and substitution of high-end imported needle coke.
