境外普速铁路中小跨度桥梁结构选型与实践 被引量:1

摘要 境外普速铁路所处社会、经济等外部环境各异,结合项目所在地特点开展中小跨度桥梁的结构选型,具有重要的实践价值。通过梳理不同国别普速铁路中小跨度桥梁结构形式,分析其施工、材料、工期、场地等制约因素,以便提炼桥梁选型的基本思路。研究表明:境外普速铁路桥梁结构选型更加注重结合施工方案,桥梁长度短、分布分散、长度占比低等特点,决定了架设方案对梁体体量的选择具有制约作用;各项目所在地建筑材料价格离散且差异较大,往往会产生与国内不同的桥梁结构选型;“一址一桥”的定制化设计,使得不同场地条件下梁型的选用针对性更强;境外普速铁路桥梁选型宜将功能、经济列为首要目标,以经济的方案达成基本的使用功能,使项目从经济上更具可行性。 The external environments of overseas conventional railway,such as society and economy,are various,and the choice of structure forms of small and medium span bridges based on local project characteristics has an important practical value.By summarizing the structural forms of small and medium span bridges of conventional railways in different countries,and analyzing the constraints,such as construction method,materials,time and site,the basic principles for the choice are concluded.The study shows that the choice of bridge structure forms in overseas conventional railway stresses the combination with constructing method;the choice of girder body dimension in erection plan is confined by such bridge features as short length,scattered distribution and low proportion;the prices of materials are discrete and various in different overseas projects,resulting in different bridge structure forms from the domestic;with tailored design for each bridge in each location,the choice of structure form has greater pertinence in different sites;function and economy should be listed as the priorities for bridge choice to achieve basic functions with the lowest cost and make projects more feasible economically.
