摘要
以157FMI汽油机由进气道喷射改为缸内直喷过程中的技改关键技术之结构强度为切入点,以火花塞关于气缸轴线对称的位置为喷油器喷射点,建立气缸盖有限元模型,对气缸盖进行结构强度研究。研究结果表明:气缸盖喷油器孔位的最大应力为80.38MPa,也是整个气缸盖最大强度。通过强度和位移校核,低于材料的屈服强度和结构许用应力,最终结果满足缸盖的强度要求。
Taking the structural strength of the key technology of the 157FMI gasoline engine in the process of changing from intake port injection to in-cylinder direct injection as the starting point,and taking the symmetrical position of the spark plug with respect to the cylinder axis as the injector injection point,a finite element model of the cylinder head is established.The structural strength of the cylinder head is studied.The research results show that the maximum stress of the cylinder head injector hole is 80.38MPa,which is also the maximum strength of the entire cylinder head.Through the strength and displacement check,it is lower than the yield strength of the material and the allowable stress of the structure,and the result meets the strength requirements of the cylinder head.
