摘要
多功能拖拉机由于工作时行驶车速较低或是车辆处于静止状态,不利于发动机散热。为了改善发动机工作环境,提升冷却效果,文章从提升冷却液冷却效果的方法入手,在保证拖拉机实际用途的前提下,参照中高级轿车的形式对影响拖拉机冷却系统的控制系统进行重新设计,增加冷却风扇保护模块、电子节温器,当水温异常升高时,风扇和发动机的大循环能够提前打开。
The multi-functional tractor is not conducive to the heat dissipation of the engine due to the low driving speed or the stationary state of the vehicle.In order to improve the working environment of the engine and improve the cooling effect,this paper starts with the method of improving the cooling effect of the coolant.On the premise of ensuring the actual use of the tractor,referring to the form of medium and high-class cars,the control system affecting the tractor cooling system is redesigned,and the cooling fan protection module and electronic thermostat are added.When the water temperature rises abnormally,The large cycle of fan and engine can be turned on in advance.
