摘要
带电操作永磁真空断路器时,若合闸过程出现弹跳时间大于2 ms的情况,会延长电弧的燃弧时间,从而加速动、静触头的磨损,缩短灭弧室的电寿命。基于此,分析了永磁断路器的设计依据、工作原理和弹跳产生的原因,建立了机械特性测试平台。测试结果表明,触头弹簧提供的终压力小于真空灭弧室额定触头压力最小值的97.5%时,会使合闸弹跳大于2 ms,并且触头弹簧提供终压力越小弹跳越大。
When the permanent magnet vacuum circuit breaker is operated on line, if the bounce in the closing process is greater than 2 ms, it will prolong the arc burning time of the arc and accelerate the wear of the dynamic and static contacts, so as to shorten the electrical life of the arc extinguishing chamber. This paper analyzes the design basis, working principle and causes of bounce of permanent magnet circuit breaker, and establishes a mechanical characteristic test platform. The test results show that when the final pressure provided by contact spring is less than 97.5% of the minimum rated contact pressure of vacuum interrupter, the closing bounce is greater than 2 ms, and the smaller the final pressure provided by contact spring, the greater the bounce.
