钢丝湿式拉拔配模工艺对能耗的影响研究

摘要 利用有限元模拟分析研究湿式拉拔配模工艺对能耗的影响。结果表明:试验与理论模拟分析结果比较吻合,在钢丝多道次拉拔过程中,模拟分析结果显示,随着道次的增加,拉拔力整体呈下降的趋势;试验结果表明,随着道次的增加,单位产品能耗随之下降,能源利用效率提高。 The influence of die matching process on the energy consumption of the wet drawing of steel wires was studied by finite element simulation analysis. The results showed that the simulation analysis results were in good agreement with the experimental testing results. In the multi-pass drawing process of steel wire,the simulation analysis results showed that the drawing force decreased as the number of passes increased. Meanwhile, the experimental testing results showed that the energy consumption per unit product was reduced and the energy utilization efficiency was improved as the number of passes increased.
