混杂纤维对透水混凝土性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为改善透水混凝土性能,采用混杂方式掺入玄武岩纤维和聚丙烯纤维,利用正交试验研究目标孔隙率、混杂纤维掺配比例、混杂纤维总掺量、疏水剂用量4种因素对透水混凝土有效孔隙率、透水系数、抗压强度和抗折强度的影响规律,分析影响机理,提出优化设计方案.结果表明:各因素对有效孔隙率和透水系数的影响程度大小依次为目标孔隙率、混杂纤维总掺量、疏水剂用量和混杂纤维掺配比例;混杂纤维掺配比例对抗压强度和抗折强度的影响最显著,其他依次为混杂纤维总掺量>目标孔隙率>疏水剂用量. In order to improve the performance of permeable concrete,the influence laws of four factors including target porosity,hybrid fiber blending ratio,total hybrid fiber content and amount of hydrophobic agent on the effective porosity,permeability coefficient,compressive strength and flexural strength of permeable concrete are studied by mixed BF and PPF and orthogonal test.The influence mechanism are analyzed and an optimized design plan is proposed.The results show that the influence degree of each factor on the effective porosity and permeability coefficient is the target porosity,the total content of hybrid fiber,the amount of hydrophobic agent and the proportion of hybrid fiber;The mixing proportion of hybrid fiber has the most significant effect on the compressive strength and flexural strength,and the others are the total content of hybrid fiber,the target porosity and the amount of hydrophobic agent.
