摘要
选取物流综合能力、物流服务能力、物流辅助服务和物流操作成本作为物流承运商的评价指标,构建了基于物元可拓模型的企业物流承运商服务质量评价模型,并通过实例进行了实证研究.
This paper selects four aspects of logistics comprehensive ability,logistics service quality,logistics service ability and logistics operation cost as the performance evaluation index of logistics carrier.This paper constructs an enterprise logistics carrier performance evaluation model based on matter-element extension model,and makes an empirical study through an example.
