Ku波段宽带波束切换开关设计与优化

摘要 设计了一种基于四端口差分相移环行器的Ku波段宽带波束开关。针对波束开关在Ku波段获得大于1.5 GHz的带宽的目标,魔T和3 dB电桥采用了多级匹配的原理。考虑到功率、散热和额外的磁路结构,基于H侧加载铁氧体薄板结构设计了π/2差分移相器。然后设计并仿真了Ku波段宽带波束开关的整体性能。仿真结果显示,端口反射小于20dB,插入损耗小于0.07dB,带宽在Ku波段内为1.6GHz。制作加工了整体器件,并在实际测试中,波束开关实现了1.5 GHz的带宽和0.2 dB的低损耗。 The Ku-band broadband beam switch was designed based on a four-port differential phase-shift circulator.For the target that the beam switch obtained a bandwidth greater than 1.5 GHz at Ku-band,the magic T and 3 dB bridge adopt the principle of multi-stage matching.Allowing for the power,heat dissipation and additional magnetic circuit structure,theπ/2 difference phase shifter was designed based on the H-side loaded ferrite sheet structure.Then the overall performance of Ku-band broadband beam switch was designed and simulated.The simulation results show a port reflection of less than 20 dB,insertion loss of less than 0.07 dB,and the bandwidth is 1.6 GHz in the Ku-band.The device was manufactured,which features a bandwidth of 1.5 GHz and a low loss of 0.2 dB.
