深松与施用有机肥结合对玉米磷素吸收及产量的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Deep Loping Combined with Organic Fertilizer on Phosphorus Absorption and Utilization in Maize

摘要 通过深松的耕种模式下与有机肥相结合,研究以玉米品种铁杆3 000对磷素吸收和产量的影响情况。在田间条件下,设置空肥区(CK,不施化肥)、对照区(P0,当地常规栽培)和深松配施有机肥(P1,化肥与有机肥配施)3个处理。研究在深松条件下有机肥替代部分化肥对玉米不同器官磷吸收的影响,为玉米种植中合理施用有机肥提供理论依据。结果表明:大喇叭口期,P1处理叶片磷吸收量与P0处理相差仅为3.9%,差异显著(P<0.05)。抽雄期,P1处理玉米茎磷吸收量显著高出P0处理30.1%(P<0.05);P1处理玉米叶片磷吸收量高出P0处理39.5%,差异达显著水平(P<0.05)。收获期,玉米茎磷吸收量表现为P1处理高于P0处理,但2个处理对玉米茎部磷吸收的影响处于同一水平(P<0.05);P1处理叶磷吸收量显著高于P0处理27.1%(P<0.05);P1处理籽粒磷吸收量高于P0处理31.3%,差异达显著水平(P<0.05);P1处理苞叶磷吸收量高于P0处理1.10%,无显著差异(P<0.05);P1处理穗轴磷吸收量高于P0处理49.74%,差异达显著水平(P<0.05);P1处理总磷量高于P0处理24.2%,差异达显著水平(P<0.05)。P1处理玉米产量高于P0处理19.6%,无显著差异(P<0.05);P1处理对玉米磷肥利用率高于比P0处理82.3%,差异性显著(P<0.05)。综合分析认为:P1处理对玉米生长发育有显著的影响,提高了玉米对磷素吸收量、产量以及肥料利用率,实际应用效果优于P0处理,表明深松与有机肥配合施用有利于玉米对磷素的吸收。 The effects of maize cultivar iron 3000 on phosphorus absorption and yield were studied by combining with organic fertilizer under the cultivation mode of deep pine.Under the field conditions,three treatments were set,namely empty fertilizer zone(CK without chemical fertilizer),control zone(P0,local conventional cultivation)and deep pine with organic fertilizer(P1,chemical fertilizer and organic fertilizer).The effect of partial replacement of fertilizer with organic fertilizer on phosphorus absorption in different organs of maize under the condition of deep pine was studied to provide theoretical basis for rational application of organic fertilizer in maize planting.The results showed that the difference of P uptake between P1 and P0 treatment was only 3.9%(P<0.05).In tasseling stage,phosphorus uptake of maize stems treated by P1 was significantly higher than that treated by P0(30.1% P<0.05).The phosphorus absorption of maize leaves treated by P1 was 39.5% higher than that treated by P0,with a significant difference(P<0.05).At harvest time,the phosphorus uptake of maize stems was higher than that of P0 under The treatment of P1,but the effect of the two treatments on phosphorus uptake of maize stems was at the same level(P<0.05).The leaf phosphorus absorption of P1 was significantly higher than that of P0(27.1%)(P <0.05).The phosphorus uptake of P1 was higher than that of P0(31.3%),with a significant difference(P<0.05).The P absorption of bract treated by P1 was 1.10% higher than that treated by P0,with no significant difference(P<0.05).The phosphorus absorption of cob treated by P1 was 49.74% higher than that treated by P0,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The total phosphorus content in the treatment of P1 was 24.2% higher than that in the treatment of P0,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The yield of maize treated with P1 was 19.6% higher than that treated with P0,with no significant difference(P<0.05).The utilization ratio of P fertilizer in the P1 treatment was higher than that in the P0 treatment(82.3%),with significant difference(P<0.05).The comprehensive analysis showed that P1 treatment had a significant influence on the growth and development of maize,and improved the phosphorus absorption,yield and fertilizer utilization rate of maize,and the practical application effect was better than P0 treatment,indicating that the combined application of deep pine and organic fertilizer was beneficial to the phosphorus absorption of maize.
