摘要
以水肥一体机系统平台为研究对象,利用嵌入式系统及TCP通信方式建立平台控制通信软件。利用Visual Studio对系统平台中的TCP通信软件、监控系统运行软件以及水肥溶液浓度控制模块软件进行测试,结果表明:嵌入式控制系统TCP通信及监控中心TCP通信均能够正常工作,且通信运行状态良好;监控系统软件能够实时进行灌溉过程系统相关参数的监控,水肥浓度控制模块能够进行水肥浓度的精准控制,并进行实时更新。因系统运行及土壤信息变化时滞性,实际检测到的土壤EC值较系统监控相对滞后。
In this paper,the integrated water and fertilizer system platform as the research object,using embedded system and TCP communication mode to establish platform control communication software.Using visual Studio tests the TCP communication software,monitoring system operation software and water and fertilizer solution concentration control module software in the system platform.The test results show that the embedded control system TCP communication and monitoring center TCP communication can work normally,and the communication operation status is good.The monitoring system software can monitor the relevant parameters of the irrigation process system in real time,and the water and fertilizer concentration can be achieved The software of degree control module can precisely control the concentration of water and fertilizer,and update it in real time.Because of the time lag of system operation and soil information change,the EC Value of soil detected in time is relatively lagging behind the system monitoring.
