摘要
目的:探讨盆底超声评估在不同分娩方式导致女性盆底功能障碍性疾病(FPFD)中的应用研究。方法:2019年12月—2020年12月,选择在我院进行分娩的孕产妇,其中经阴道分娩产妇和剖宫产产妇各32例。收集两组产妇经会阴盆底超声检查的各项数据,包括最大动作下膀胱尿道后角RA(V-RA)、最大动作下膀胱颈到耻骨联合下缘线垂直距离BSD(V-BSD)、尿道旋转角URA、膀胱颈移动度BND和最大动作下的肛提肌裂孔面积(V-GH)。观察两组产妇产后有无膀胱脱垂和漏尿情况。结果:经阴道分娩女性经会阴盆底超声检查各项数据均高于剖宫产产妇,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经阴道分娩女性膀胱脱垂和漏尿发生率均高于剖宫产产妇,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道分娩产妇发生FPFD的可能性高于剖宫产产妇,经会阴盆底超声技术可以准确反映不同分娩方式对女性盆底功能的影响。
Objective To investigate the application of pelvic floor ultrasound evaluation in women with pelvic floor dysfunction(FPFD)caused by different delivery modes.Methods Collected pregnant women who gave birth in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020,including 32 cases of vaginal delivery and cesarean section.Collect the data of two groups of mothers through perineal pelvic floor ultrasound examination,including the posterior angle RA of the bladder under maximum movement(V-RA),the vertical distance BSD from the bladder neck to the lower edge of the symphysis pubis(V-BSD)under maximum movement,Urethral rotation angle URA,bladder neck mobility BND,and levator ani hiatus area under maximum movement(V-GH).Collect two groups of parturients with or without bladder prolapse and urine leakage after delivery.Results The data of transperineal basin ultrasound examination of transvaginal delivery women were significantly higher than those of cesarean delivery women,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of bladder prolapse and urine leakage in transvaginal delivery women was significant.It was higher than that of women born under cesarean section,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The possibility of FPFD in women with vaginal delivery is higher than that of women with cesarean section.Transperineal pelvic floor ultrasound technology can accurately reflect the impact of different delivery methods on female pelvic floor function.
