摘要
为了研究三种饵料对江鳕仔鱼生长速度及成活率的影响,本试验以双小核草履虫、萼花臂尾轮虫、微颗粒饲料为江鳕仔鱼的开口饵料进行开口试验,培育15 d。结果表明:投喂双小核草履虫的江鳕仔鱼成活率为(89.00±1.63)%,初次摄食率为(86.67±4.71)%,生长速度快;投喂萼花臂尾轮虫为开口饵料的江鳕仔鱼成活率为(76.33±2.05)%,初次摄食率为(63.33±9.43)%,生长速度快,与投喂双小核草履虫生长速度差异显著(P<0.05);投喂微颗粒饲料的江鳕仔鱼成活率为(42.67±3.86)%,初次摄食率为(33.33±4.71)%,生长速度慢。由此可见,双小核草履虫更适合作为江鳕仔鱼的开口饵料。
In order to study the effects of three kinds of initial feeds on the growth rate and survival rate of Lota lota larval,this ex-periment was conducted by using Paramecium aurelia,Brachionus calyciflorus and microparticulate feed as the initial feed of Lota lota larval,which cultivating for 15 days.The results showed that the survival rate of Lota lota larval fed with Paramecium aurelia was(89.00±1.63)%,and the initial feeding rate was(86.67±4.71)%.The survival rate and initial feed rate of Lota lota larval fed with Brachionus calyciflorus were(76.33±2.05)%and(63.33±9.43)%,respectively,and the growth rate was faster,which was significant-ly different from that fed with Paramecium aurelia(P<0.05).The survival rate,initial feeding rate and slow growth rate of Lota lota larval fed with microparticulate feed were(42.67±3.86)%and(33.33±4.71)%,respectively.It can be seen that Paramecium Aurelia more suitable as the initial feed for Lota lota larval.
