基于红外线测温技术的沥青混合料温度离析检测 被引量:1

摘要 沥青路面的早期病害与施工过程中的温度离析有很大的关系,因此在施工过程中对沥青路面进行温度监控很有必要。传统的点式温度计测温误差大,且在高温环境下易受到损坏,而红外线测温技术准确度高,不会受到高温的影响,是很好的沥青混合料施工阶段的测温技术。介绍了自研发的红外热成像仪,它能实时检测沥青路面施工过程中混合料的离析程度和路面的温度状况,及时地对沥青混合料温度的离析进行预警,实验表明,该仪器可以较为准确的反映混合料的温度变化和离析程度。 The early disease of the asphalt pavement has a great relationship with the temperature segregation during the construction process,so it is necessary to monitor the temperature of the asphalt pavement during the construction process.Traditional point thermometers have large temperature measurement errors and are easily damaged in high temperature environments.Infrared temperature measurement technology has high accuracy and will not be affected by high temperatures.It is a good temperature measurement technology for asphalt mixture construction.This article introduces the self-developed infrared thermal imaging camera,which can detect the segregation degree of the mixture and the temperature condition of the road surface in real time during the construction of the asphalt pavement,and timely warn the segregation of the asphalt mixture temperature.The experiment shows that the instrument can more accurate temperature change and segregation degree of reaction mixture.
