摘要
所研制的低压大电流DCDC开关转换器电路在用户处使用,由于容性负载接近1 000 μF,在低温下表现为大电流台阶启动,甚至无法启动。针对该现象,本文开展了大电流开关电源的启动阶段机理分析和实验验证,并提出了针对用户使用条件下的启动台阶现象的解决办法。
Since the capacitive load is close to 1 000 μF,the low-voltage and high-current DCDC switching converter circuit developed can not even start at low temperature.In view of this phenomenon,this paper carries out the mechanism analysis and experimental verification of the start-up phase of the high-current switching power supply,and puts forward the solution to the start-up step phenomenon under the user’s use conditions.
