摘要 随着国家提出"新基建"的战略发展规划,我国充电桩的建设量和保有量快速增长。在充电桩检测方面,目前存在着检测量大、检测周期长、专业充电桩检测计量人员不足、检测流程不规范等突出问题,检测效率无法满足充电桩检测任务要求。本文针对目前充电桩检测效率低下的现状,参考了生产制造流水线的运行模式,充分利用流水线效率高、管理规范、作业标准化的优点,基于生产流水线的策略,提出采用检测流水线的形式提高充电桩检测效率的改进措施。同时针对充电桩检测过程中的流程多,专业要求高,周期长的特点,均匀划分不同专业不同设备的若干工位,设计均匀平衡的充电桩检测过程节拍,从而实现充电桩快速、大批量、稳定的检测,显著的提高了充电桩检测的效率。 With the strategic development plan of "new infrastructure" put forward by the state,the construction and ownership of charging piles in China are growing rapidly.In terms of charge pile detection,there are prominent problems such as large detection volume,long detection cycle,insufficient professional charge pile detection and metering personnel,and non-standard detection process.The detection efficiency can not meet the requirements of charge pile detection task.Aiming at the current situation of low detection efficiency of charging pile,this paper refers to the operation mode of production and manufacturing assembly line,makes full use of the advantages of high efficiency,standardized management and standardized operation,and puts forward the improvement measures to improve the detection efficiency of charging pile in the form of detection assembly line based on the strategy of production assembly line.At the same time,according to the characteristics of many processes,high professional requirements and long cycle in the charging pile detection process,several stations of different disciplines and different equipment are evenly divided,and a uniform and balanced charging pile detection process beat is designed,so as to realize the fast,mass and stable detection of charging piles,and significantly improve the efficiency of charging pile detection.
