氧化石墨烯对桧柏种子萌发的影响 被引量:3

摘要 碳纳米材料氧化石墨烯(GrapheneOxide,GO)对作物的生长具有重要作用。为了研究其对桧柏种子萌发的影响,采用含有不同质量浓度GO(0、5、10、50、100、150 mg/L)处理桧柏种子,在无胁迫、干旱胁迫、盐胁迫下观察种子萌发迹象,分别测定种子萌发率。结果发现:在GO质量浓度为(5、10、50、100 mg/L)时,桧柏种子萌发数量均显著大于对照组,说明特定浓度的GO能够促进桧柏种子萌发,其中GO质量浓度为10 mg/L时,萌发率最高,促进作用最明显。 Graphene Oxide,a carbon nanomaterial,plays an important role in crop growth.In this work,cypress seeds were treated with GO graphene containing different mass concentrations(0,5,10,50,100,150mg/L),we observed seed germination signs without stress,drought and salt stress and measured seed germination rates.The results showed that when the GO mass concentra-tion was(5,10,50,100 mg/L),the number of cypress seeds germination was significantly greater than that of the control group,indi-cating that the specific concentration of GO could promote the germination of cypress seeds;when GO mass concentrations were 10mg/L,the germination rate was also highest,and the facilitation effect is the most obvious.
