摘要
短视频App作为当下最受欢迎的互联网应用之一,深刻影响着用户的阅读行为、阅读习惯,对图书馆提升服务质效具有重要现实意义。通过超效率DEA模型,测度省级图书馆抖音号的运营效率,以此剖析高效率图书馆的业务特征,并对低效率图书馆进行改进分析。研究发现,各省图书馆抖音号的运营效率存在严重的两极分化,大多数图书馆运营效率不佳,管理和技术能力不足是造成低效率的主因。图书馆应深挖短视频业务潜力,切实提升用户服务水平。
As one of the most popular Internet applications at present,short video App has an important impact on users’reading behavior and reading habits,and it is of great practical significance to deepen the quality and effect of library service.By using Super-DEA model,we calculate the efficiencies of provincial libraries’Tiktok operating to analyze the characteristics of high-efficiency libraries,and the improvement path of low-efficiency libraries.The empirical analysis shows that the operating efficiencies of provincial libraries are seriously differentiated,most of them have a low performance.The lack of management and technical ability is the main cause of low efficiency.Library short video service is worth taking a variety of measures to improve user service level.
