阐述配电网规划和改造的内容,基本原则,配电网供电可靠性极其影响因素,提升供电可靠性的策略,包括配网结构的规划与完善、技术和设备的更新与优化、采取配网带电作业实现高效检修。
This paper expounds the contents and basic principles of distribution network planning and transformation, the power supply reliability of distribution network and its influencing factors, and the strategies to improve the power supply reliability, including the planning and improvement of distribution network structure, the renewal and optimization of technology and equipment, and the adoption of live operation of distribution network to achieve efficient maintenance.
