摘要
随着城市轨道交通行业的飞速发展,为了更科学、高效、便捷地管理城市轨道交通设施设备,许多城市引入信息化系统对设施设备进行管理。制定设施设备分类编码和建立位置编码,对设施设备统一分类、精准定位;按照城市轨道交通设备分类编码和位置编码对BIM构件模型粒度进行拆分,设置其设备及位置编码,实现城市轨道交通设施设备编码和空间位置编码对应的逻辑关系,通过设备编码关联其生命期清册信息运维数字化移交的管理奠定数据基础。
With the rapid development of urban rail transit industry,in order to manage urban rail transit facilities and equipment more scientifically,efficiently and conveniently,many cities introduce information systems to manage facilities and equipment.To formulate classification codes and location codes for facilities and equipment,and to uniformly classify and accurately locate facilities and equipment;The granularity of BIM component model is split according to the classification code and location code of urban rail transit equipment,and the equipment and location codes are set to realize the corresponding logical relationship between the equipment code and spatial location code of urban rail transit facilities,which lays a data foundation for the management of digital handover of operation and maintenance of its life cycle inventory information through the association of equipment codes.
