摘要
混凝土结构的装配式建筑纵向钢筋,常用灌浆套筒进行连接。由于施工条件限制,灌浆料的密实度难以保证。为研究灌浆料密实度对套筒受力性能的影响,基于已有的试验数据进行有限元数值模型拟合,在此基础上,分析密实度为50%、80%、90%、95%、100%五种情况下套筒的力学响应,得出随着密实度降低,套筒极限承载力降低,当密实度低于80%时,破坏模式由钢筋拉断变为钢筋拔出破坏的结果,同时梳理套筒灌浆密实度常用的检测方法,以供工程实际参考。
The longitudinal reinforcement of prefabricated buildings with concrete structure is often connected by grouting sleeve.It is difficult to guarantee the compactness of grouting materials because of the limitation of construction conditions.To study the effect of grouting material density on the sleeve bearing performance,the finite element numerical model based on the existing test data fitting,on this basis,the analysis of compactness was 50%,80%,90%,95%,100%,five cases,sleeve mechanical response,draw down as compactness,ultimate bearing capacity to reduce the sleeve,when its density is less than 80%,The failure mode changes from steel bar pulling out to steel bar pulling out.At the same time,the commonly used detection method of sleeve grouting density is combed for reference in engineering practice.
