摘要
辣木为多年生乔木,茎秆含有丰富的营养物质,为充分利用云南当地辣木资源,培育优质羊肚菌,以云南梯棱羊肚菌(YD1)和六妹羊肚菌(YD4)菌株为材料,在培养基质中添加60%的辣木茎秆,比较羊肚菌菌核、菌丝生长状态,并于大棚栽培测定产量。辣木茎杆作为基质培养梯棱羊肚菌和六妹羊肚菌,均能使菌核发生更早(2 d)、成熟的更快(3 d~4 d),并能加速菌丝生长;统计产量后发现,辣木茎秆可提高梯棱羊肚菌的产量,达1089.6 kg·hm^(-2),带来更高经济效益;而添加辣木茎秆基质栽培六妹羊肚菌,其蛋白质含量提高0.27%、粗脂肪含量提高1.71%,可以增加其营养品质。结果为安全、高效、高品质人工栽培羊肚菌的基质配方提供了更多选择。
Moringa oleifera is a perennial tree,and its stems are rich in nutrients.In order to make full use of local Moringa resources in Yunnan to cultivate high-quality morels,using Morchella importuna(YD1)and Morchella sextelata(YD4)as a material,60%M.oleifera stems were added to the culture species to compare the growth situation of sclerotium and mycelium,and the green house yield was measured.The results showed that using M.oleifera stems as stroma to cultivate both M.importuna(YD1)and M.sextelata(YD4)can make the sclerotium occur earlier(2 d),mature more quickly(3 d-4 d),and accelerate the growth of mycelium.Statistics of Morchella spp.production showed that M.oleifera stems can increase the Morchella spp.production(1089.6 kg·hm^(-2))of M.importuna(YD1)and bring higher economic benefits.The results would provide more choices for safe and efficient stroma formulations for cultivating Morchella spp..
