顶空气相色谱法测定水中三氯甲烷和四氯化碳 被引量:4

摘要 目的:利用气相色谱法对饮用水中残留的三氯甲烷和四氯化碳进行定量分析。方法:水样恒温加热平衡后顶空进样并利用气相色谱电子捕获检测器(Electron Capture Detector,ECD)检测,利用外标法进行定量。结果:利用该测定方法,三氯甲烷和四氯化碳混合标准溶液浓度范围为0.1~4.0μg·L^(-1),线性相关系数达0.999以上;检出限为三氯甲烷0.2μg·L^(-1),四氯化碳0.1μg·L^(-1);相对标准偏差在3.0%以下,多次平均加标回收率在80%以上。结论:该方法可有效测定饮用水中的三氯甲烷和四氯化碳。 Objective:Use gas chromatography to quantitatively analyze the residual chloroform and carbon tetrachloride in drinking water.Method:The water sample was heated and equilibrated with headspace injection and detected by gas chromatography electron capture detector(ECD),and quantified by external standard method.Results:Using this determination method,the concentration range of the mixed standard solution of chloroform and carbon tetrachloride was 0.1~4.0μg·L^(-1),and the linear correlation coefficient was above 0.999;the detection limit was 0.2μg·L^(-1) of chloroform,carbon tetrachloride 0.1μg·L^(-1);the relative standard deviation is below 3.0%,and the average recovery rate of multiple additions is above 80%.Conclusion:This method can effectively determine chloroform and carbon tetrachloride in drinking water.
