In order to improve the accuracy of food testing and ensure the health and safety of the people,the food testing department takes the biotechnology with fast testing speed,wide application range and high data accuracy as the preferred technology for testing food safety.It has received remarkable results in the process of practical application.This paper will focus on the application advantages and specific application effects of biotechnology in food detection.
