摘要
高铁快运作为新兴的运输方式,具有速度快、时效稳定、运力丰富、绿色环保等特点,能够有效匹配高附加值冷链货物的运输需求。通过梳理总结冷链物流政策环境和多种运输方式的市场竞争优劣势,从货源需求、干线运力、车辆装载和服务经营等方面,分析依托京沪高速铁路发展冷链物流的条件,进一步提出设计冷链物流产品谱系、发展蓄冷箱系列装备、丰富运输组织模式、优化设施设备条件、整合社会企业运力和开发冷链管理系统等发展策略,推动形成京沪高速铁路冷链物流业务示范,助力铁路冷链物流业务高质量规模化发展。
As an emerging transportation mode, high speed rail express features fast speed,high punctuality, abundant operation capacity, green environmental protection, etc., which can effectively meet the transportation requirements of high value-added cold chain cargos. On the basis of summarizing cold-chain logistics policy and the advantages and disadvantages of multiple transportation modes, this paper analyzed the conditions of developing cold chain logistics in Beijing-Shanghai High Speed Railway in terms of cargo supply, main line capacity, vehicle loading, and service operation. Development countermeasures were proposed, including designing cold-chain product pedigree, optimizing storage box series equipment, enriching transportation organization modes,improving facilities and infrastructure, integrating social enterprise capacity, and developing cold chain management system, to promote the demonstration of cold chain logistics in Beijing-Shanghai High Speed Railway and facilitate high-quality development of railway cold chain logistics.
