基于选择性非催化还原法的水泥窑高浓度有机废水脱硝研究

摘要 研究了高浓度的有机废水代替氨水作为选择性非催化还原法水泥窑烟气脱硝的还原剂。采用连续在线分析、CFD数值模拟等方法考察了多种因素对脱硝效率的影响,并设计了2种雾化喷枪。结果表明:在温度为1360 K时,脱硝效率最高为37.6%;随着烟气氧含量提高,有机物易被氧气而失去脱硝能力;废水的停留时间不宜小于0.8 s;逆向喷射更有利于废水与烟气的充分混合。 High concentration organic wastewater instead of ammonia was studied as reducing agent for SNCR cement kiln flue gas denitrification.The effects of various factors on denitrification efficiency were investigated by continuous on-line analysis and CFD numerical simulation,and two kinds of atomized spray guns were designed.The results show that when the temperature is 1360 K,the highest denitrification efficiency is 37.6%,the oxygen content of flue gas increases,and the organic matter is easy to be oxidized by oxygen to lose the denitrification ability.The residence time of wastewater should not be less than 0.8 s,and the reverse jet is more conducive to the full mixing of wastewater and flue gas.
