摘要
以纺丝级聚酯切片及炭黑母粒为原料,纺制黑色涤纶短纤维,采用Datacolor850测色仪测量分析了各项纤维指标对纤维黑度和显深色效果的影响。结果表明:提高纤维中炭黑含量,使纤维更黑,当纤维中炭黑含量超过2%时,继续增加炭黑含量对纤维黑度提升效果不明显;三角形截面比圆形截面纤维颜色更显黑;纤维纤度越大,纤维卷曲度越小,纤维黑度越高。
Black polyester staple were prepared by using spinning grade polyester chip and carbon black masterbatch.Influence of fiber indexes on fiber blackness and dark color effect were measured via Datacolor 850 colorimeter.The results show that the higher the carbon black content in the fiber,the higher the fiber blackness.When the carbon black content exceeds 2%,the effect on improving fiber blackness is not obvious.The color of triangular section fiber is more black than that of circular section fiber.The larger the fiber denier and the smaller the fiber curl,the higher the fiber blackness.
