摘要 智能电网的发展在对世界经济发展产生重大影响的同时还对智能电网的研究人员提出了新的挑战。智能电网工程在保护我国能源安全、适应气候变迁、推动节能减排、发展低碳经济、提升服务质量方面有着重大意义。这是对优化电能结构、合理利用洁净电能的紧迫要求,是满足经济社会发展与可持续发展需要的重大选择,是电力行业科技发展的具体践行。 While the development of smart grids has a significant impact on the development of the world economy,it also poses new challenges for smart grid researchers.The smart grid project is of great significance to protecting my country’s energy security,adapting to climate change,promoting energy conservation and emission reduction,developing a low-carbon economy,and improving service quality.This is an urgent requirement for optimizing the structure of electric energy and rational use of clean electric energy.It is a major choice to meet the needs of economic and social development and sustainable development.It is a concrete practice of the scientific and technological development of the electric power industry.
