摘要
为了实现马铃薯收获和地膜回收同时进行,基于嵌入式技术,设计了马铃薯收获机。在马铃薯挖掘和地膜回收过程,测试地膜厚度、工作速度、挖掘深度和铺放时间4个因素影响程度,进行四因素五水平试验。试验结果表明:地膜回收率影响主要因素为地膜厚度及工作速度;对伤薯率影响由大到小分别为挖掘深度、工作速度。同时,建立伤薯率和地膜回收率模型,进而确定挖掘深度和工作速度。针对马铃薯转运和分离过程,基于土薯分离率和破皮率进行分析,当激振轮转速为160r/min时最优。最大冲击力试验表明:马铃薯安全抛落高度为0.3m。建立系统工作流程,对系统进行测试,结果显示:地膜回收率平均值为86%,马铃薯田地平均破皮率为2.58%。
In order to achieve potato harvest and mulch film recovery, based on embedded technology, potato harvester was desgined. The impacts of 4 factors were test, such as plastic film thickness, working speed, depth of excavation and laying time, while potato was excavated and recycled. The four factors and five levels experiment was taken, and the result showed that plastic film thickness, working speed had a big effect on Film recovery rate, and working speed, depth of excavation had a big effect on breaking coat rate. In the potato transport and separation process, the exciter optimal speed was 160 r/min, and safe drop height was 0.3 m. System workflow was built, and the system was taken, the result showed that film recovery rate was 86%, and breaking coat rate was 2.58%.
